Terms of Sales

 

We trust our customers. Therefore, we keep the general terms and conditions of sale as short, simple and understandable as possible. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

1. General application

  1. The online ordering of articles is based on the general terms and conditions of sale, known by the abbreviation of CGV.

  2. By submitting the order online, the user accepts these GTC.

  3. AO-COM Sarl, hereinafter referenced by the operator of the shop, is responsible for processing the sale of items on the site www.jipwijngaarden.com .

  4. The order and payment are made to the owner of the shop.

  5. Deliveries are made by the owner of the shop and his partners.

2. Price, payment

  1. The prices at the time of the order are applicable for the items offered.

  2. For Switzerland, prices are in CHF, for all other countries in EUR. Please note the currency change at the bottom of the page.

  3. No Value Added Tax is levied on the prices indicated.

  4. Shipping and packaging costs are calculated according to destination, weight and size.

  5. We make deliveries only against prior payment. The items ordered will be shipped after receipt of payment  ( the bank account will be sent by private email)

3. Delivery

  1. Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer and according to the mode of transport chosen.

  2. Items ordered are shipped as soon as possible, usually within 3-5 business days (plus shipping time). For a longer waiting period, the customer is informed. If the delay exceeds three weeks, the customer has the right to cancel the order. Written notification is sufficient.

  3. The delivery of the goods is done at the expense and risk of the customer, even if partial deliveries are made. No responsibility will be assumed for delayed deliveries.

4. Retention of title

  1. The delivered goods remain the property of the shop operator until full payment of the invoice price.

5. Guarantee, liability

  1. Check the products delivered immediately. Transport damage must be reported to the transport company immediately.

  2. The warranty period for the products is two years - from receipt of delivery. In case of warranty or other questions, please contact us.

  3. Claims for damages are excluded against the operator of the store, as well as against his employees, except in the event of gross or willful misconduct.

6. Cancellation

  1. Online ordering is binding. Cancellation is only possible for a delay in delivery of more than three weeks (see 3.2.).

7. Data protection

  1. The processing of personal data (names, postal addresses, telephone numbers, etc.) that the customer entrusts to the operator of the shop in the context of the use of online sales is protected by protection legislation. Datas. The data is processed carefully and is only shared with the people and companies involved in making the sale.

8. Other provisions

  1. Swiss law is applicable.

  2. For all disputes arising from these contract relationships, the competent court is exclusively Friborg (CH).

  3. The owner of the store reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. For the sale the version of the sale date is applicable.

  4. If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are invalid, this does not cancel the entire contract. The ineffective regulation is replaced by the relevant statutory provision.
